Application and Evaluations

Each grant has a different proposal form.

Submit a Student Organization Grant

1. After you register your organization with Campus and Community Life, click on your student organization page through Student Link.
2. On the right tool bar, click on Financial Requests (you must be given the role to manage financial requests from the primary contact of your organization).
3. On the of the page, there is a link for Create a new request.
4. Fill it out completely and hit submit!
5. You will receive notification of the funding decision within a week of review.

In order to be reimbursed for costs, you must complete an evaluation after the completion of your event/experience.

Submit an Educational Enhancement Grant

1. Visit Student Link. You must login to Student Link using your IUPUI login. This grant is only for undergraduates, so your profile must reflect that affiliation.
2. Fill it out completely and hit submit!
3. You will receive notification of the funding decision within a week of review.

*Only undergraduate students are eligible for this grant. Graduate students should apply through the Graduate Student Organization at gso.iupui.edu.
